Yes and no. When growing two crops a year, a four year rotation is nigh impossible. Rotation is a practice worth pursuing but the more important thing is to keep producing lots of the food you want to eat. No dig with clean soil makes it easy to double crop, except for long season vegetables such as parsnip, celeriac and brussels sprouts.
