This is strange Rhys as broad beans are tolerant of wet soil. I wonder if you sowed them at best time in November, not October?
Anyway you can resow soon, in fact it’s possible to sow even n frosty weather, except there is more risk of rodent damage. I would either sow direct in mid February or in pots or deep modules now, undercover.
