Thanks for your nice comments, and the interesting question.
Probably sow and plant a month or more earlier. Also for veg like spinach, lettuce, peas and broad beans, which do not enjoy heat, get them going asap.
You must be pretty oceanic on Ibiza so probably won’t have frost after Match or early April – ask your neighbours when the last frost usually happens, its a clue as to when you can plant out courgettes, tomatoes etc. I would sow tomatoes now, courgettes early March. French beans in April I expect.
