For the onions, I sow them all at 8-10 seeds per module, then if you want to leave some to sell as bulbs in May-early June you can pull one or two of the smaller onions as salad onion. ]
Variety is White Lisbon, look for the “winter hardy” type. though in Somerset I find that ordinary White Lisbon grows fine through most winters.
