Depending on the variety and season, lambs lettuce rarely grows large, especially between now and early March.
If you leave it to grow, keep watered to prevent mildew.
Or you can cut the main rosette, not too low so that side-shoots can grow out of the stem below where you cut.
Don’t pull it out or your chance of more harvests is gone.
