I took it as a question as did you. A sentence /quote beginning with a word such as “can” and ending with a ? is a question not a statement of principle or otherwise.
Therefore I was addressing the question.
I can imagine how it might be phrased as a guiding principle and I would not disagree with it per se.
I think it is laudable but not entirely practical.
I have tried googling Nic Pawson but I’m not getting any result. Can you give me a link ti his work I would be interested in reading it anyway.
