I sowed celeriac on 21st, being more interested that it was two days before full moon, than that it was not a root day.
Germination was extremely rapid, within 8 days and seedlings are now almost ready to prick out after 12 days.
I find that all seeds sown on a waxing moon, especially towards the end of that fortnight, germinate more quickly.
