Sowed some parsnips, black salsify? (scorzonera) and white salsify onto damp paper towel yesterday….
The black salsify just germinated! Only after 1 day! And it was root day and 2 days before full moon!
Sweetcorn and cucumbers germinated within 3 days and courgette took 4 days.
The damp paper towel method is really interesting after having read Plantmark´s method. It definitely saves space and possibly time as we are able to witness the germination visually and visibly.
