Hello PJ, I do not think this is CMV and would plant them out. It looks more like a slight unhappiness from imperfect growing conditions, a common occurrence e.g. lack of sun at the moment.
IncidentallyI have some squash growing with what looks like CMV (bright yellow blotches etc) and they are growing through it in any warmth, with good compost around their roots.
