Just wanted to share on the progress of the fastest germination of my sweetheart melon seeds!
I grew some in the polytunnel and some outdoors. Unfortunately none survived in the polytunnel 🙁 Need to rethink on what went wrong. The main stem just started to rot at soil level! Too wet I reckon.
On the bright side…. planted 3 plants outdoors! And I am excited!!!
So far have counted 8 melons! and more getting bigger. Fingers crossed! Think I will be growing cucurbits outdoors and concentrate on toms and peppers indoors as it seems the toms and peppers are doing a lot better than the cucs too.
