Charles’ Salad Leaves for All Seasons has a nice section on edible flowers, yes calendula and nasturtium but also lavatera, viola, borage and a mention that nearly all herb flowers are edible. One I particularly like not mentioned in the book is Nigella (NIGELLA SATVIA).
