So this was the first time in using the used coffee grinds layered with the fresh horse manure and I will have to say it has speeded the initial cooking process into gear much sooner. The piles were full to the brim and have already sunken 9″ after just 3 days. Don’t know if you got compost all the time but do you wait until it started to cool them turn of just turn once a week say?
