Bummer that Rhys, and you are right to be cautious of planting out anything that may spread white rot across your plot; it’s a real nuisance. My concern now is onion mildew! Not such an easy crop onions, after all! Saw Monty D on a prog in France a couple of years back he visited a family that have grown onions on the same soil for over a century, every year. No white rot it seemed…how come?! Drier climate possibly..
