Mushrooms and toadstools suggest plenty of fungi in soil and that is good, they are a valuable part of soil life and I am always happy to see them. Currently I even have some field mushrooms among lettuce in the tunnel, though that is rare. They will probably regrow and they are not necessarily from compost, but may be.
