i have a farmer just a few hundred yards from me and he has a big pile of cow manure i can have for free and it is well rotted as he does not use it on his land
so far i have cleaned up a bit of the land and i have done 6 12foot by 4foot raised beds with a height of 8 inches would it be allright to fill theese with the manure and compost but i dont have any homemade compost i will have to buy that
my main produce would be salad with a few vegetables
im only going to a small plot for next year so ill have time to take care of the rest after prepairing this plot
