It is a concern and I do not know. We are surrounded by it. On the other hand it may break down to something innocuous, but I don’t think anyone has checked it from that point of view. Same with the printing on cardboard.
The only paper and card I avoid is shiny, laminated stuff. In your shoes I would use the paper.
