 Well this is not an ideal scenario but you could do something like spread the fresh manure deeply and trampled down, say a foot (which will soon sink), to compost in situ while killing weeds. Probably by early June you could plant squash and courgette but cropping options this year are limited, perhaps plant leeks in July.
