Hi Charles- it’s the author (or publisher!) who prepares the Kindle edition- Amazon just take their cut. Practical books work really well on iPad sized colour tablets (the cookery writers like Delia and Mary Berry are starting to convert over)…and since you download a sample within seconds before you commit to buying…Sorry to gush but I wouldn’t have discovered the resource of this website had I not found your two digital books by chance via Amazon and got hooked.
