No, no rushing here in Slovenia either. It was cold for couple of days now and strong wind was blowing, still is but it’s not so cold anymore. Anyway, i wait till it’ gets warmer, especially soil – that’s the key for peppers, tomatoes and others who like warm soil. Compost mulching does wonders for soil getting warm faster though!
