My first succession just starting to bolt, just picking the first leaves off the second would be perfect…ho hum…
I have been away for three weeks and left others to look after things and perhaps if I had been around perhaps we could have been on it a bit earlier…that’s the way with experience I guess, we see things earlier.
I’ve had a better look at the various seedlings and now I can only conclude that it must be the compost running out of nutrients….which is interesting…
Our local shop is Tuckers and they have stocked this GroChar compost (http://www.carbongold.com/) at vast cost and I thought oh what the hell lets see what its up to, if it does the job maybe its worth it. Well, this evidence would say not up to the job! Looks lovely compost though, rather than New Horizon which is woody to say the least. Anyone else used?
I’ll try planting out, maybe too late, but a few leaves will be had i’m sure
