    Charles,
I have just returned home from a week away to find my Runner and Green Beans damaged and some destroyed by a young rabbit which has penetrated my defences!

Some remain but have had the growing tip removed. Do you think those plants will make decent plants from side shoots which may grow where tips have been removed, or should I just pull them all out and start again?

Its a constant battle – if its not rabbits, its pigeons or Aphids or AP!

Sounds as if you need to source a pie-crust funnel…

Not an option as I had 60 plants. I had thought of using large plastic bottles with tops and bottoms cut off, although I have found the entry point so may be ok from future attacks for the time being.

I have this too Mark, they love young shoots and yes the beans will recover if only we have some warmth!
