Hi Charles
We stored our final harvest of beetroots (no leaves) in a crate in the garage around 2-3 months ago. Unfortunately, they’ve all gone soft! Though they’ve not gone off, they don’t taste particularly appealing. Our carrots on the other hand, left in a paper bag are still firm.
Is there anything I can do next year to prevent the beets going soft on me?
