My celeriac has been looking very healthy i have tried to water if dry, but two have developed flower heads, is there anything i can do except pull them out?
Sorry about this, usually it is from sowing a little too early and/or the seedlings experiencing enough low temperatures that they think winter has happened and it is time to flower when more grown (biennial plants). I sow mid March in warmth eg windowsill or over propagating heat, plant mid May, no earlier.
