Can I over-winter Celeriac seedlings?

Hi all. Any advice appreciated. I’ve just noticed that the celeriac I planted in the Spring has finally germinated! Couldn’t think what was in seed-tray to begin with. Am wondering if seedlings would survive winter in cold greenhouse? Thank you.

Hi,
Celeriac aren’t hardy and will bolt if they get chilled before being planted out. Easier to start again in February

Why not pot them up and grow them on in the greenhouse. You can utilise the stems (and leaves) when cooking casseroles, soups etc as if they were celery (which they almost are!) You could also dry them, to use similarly during winter.
