Hello Charles, I have some fresh horse manure (2 weeks old) and want to fill two raised beds (10″ high). Will this rot down enough by June so i can plant some beans etc?
Yes just about, make sure you pack it in, jump on it in order to have enough volume that it can warm up and turn to compost, and the level will sink a lot
