Hi there,
My over wintered garlic (Sprint from Tamar) is bolting….it seems very early but perhaps its in the name? Should I pull now? Or does it not matter too much and leave until June?
Thanks StewIts ok Stew, Sprint is a hardback so its just producing the normal flower stem, or ‘scape’, which you can cut out and eat. I expect the bulb will be ready to harvest around mid June.
