In one paragraph on welcome page you give example from 2012 second cropping of “garlic replaced by intersown beetroot“.
How did you do it, some details please… distances between garlic planting and how and when did you sow beetroot?

Garlic grown in 40cm rows across beds, then early June beetroot sown between each row. You could use module plants also, it works so well. Or sow carrots, fennel.
is it too early to start planting garlic? and is it ok to use bulbs picked and dried from this years crop?
