Garlic Scapes

    Hi Charles,

    My Garlic is now producing Scapes.
    Can I ask how you deal with these. I understand most people cut them off to help bulbs swell is this the case? If I should remove them where should I make the cut?

    We had the same question recently Don, just cut as low as your knife can go, enjoy the meal.
