Is goosegrass any good for anything other than composting?  Our hedges are completely overrun with it.  Google says it can be used medicinally but I’m more interested in the possibility of making liquid feed with it in the same way as nettles or comfrey, both of which I also have in abundance.

Hi Carol  —  Just had a look in a very comprehensive book I have and there is no mention at all of Cleavers/Goosegrass being compostable like Comfrey.

Had a quick scoot around the web, and again, nothing positive.

Think you will have to wait for Charles to pop in and let you know.

    Best wishes

    Julie
