    Hi
I love sweet potatoes and would like to grow them. Therefore I would greatly appreciate some advice. From reading on the web, I understand that they like it warm, and that they are grown from slips, or sprouts. How advisable is it to buy a sweet potato in the shop and let it sprout? probably not, as I would like it organic?
Any suggestions where I can get a good sweet potato to start with? Once I have one or two and get them sprouted, I wondered if I can grow them in a grow bag in the green house? I live in Norway and assume its too cold outside.
Thank you for any advice !.

Wow, sweet potatoes in Norway, you are brave. They need a serious amount of warmth, otherwise you can have lots of leaf and stem, but little harvest.
I would but a slip (plant) from whoever sells them in Norway.
Best of luck, you need a hot summer!
