Hello Charles
The work to remove the shrubs will commence on 3rd June we have a serious amount of this weed. It will be in the paths and under the raised beds. What would be the best course of action?

Hi Sahira, this is tricky in what sounds like a concrete environment as I am used to simply digging out the roots of established plants. It may be possible to keep tweaking any re-growth until it expires, I don’t think it is invasive in the same way as, say, couch grass.
I believe that it only really thrives on disturbed soil. So removing it and not digging should have good results.
