Folks, we have reached a point of being unable to maintain this forum, for reasons of time available and technical too, as the website is being transferred to new hosts. The amount of data here, and user access, make the transfer difficult and expensive, so we are archiving it as of Monday 19th August 2019.
You can still ask me Q’s at the bottom of posts, where others can join in too.
Thanks for all your input over 12 years. I have learnt a lot about gardening from posts here and it’s a great resource for browsing.
A special thanks to Stringfellow, Rhys, John, Don, Pete B and Cleansweep for being such stalwarts: apologies if I have missed somebody.One word: gutted.
So,so sad it’s come to this. Like others, Im not on any social media.
I would like to thank you so very much for all your time and expertise put in over the years. I well remember the excitement of having my first question answered 3 years ago!
