Sorry the name escapes me at present I think they are fava do otono the late broad bean – does anyone grow them? I notice that they aren’t as robust looking as the early variety but they are podding up.
LI tried once and they failed, it’s not broad bean season but I guess your variety has been bred to behave differently.
