Hi Charles, we are having a polytunnel delivered in mid September here in the Charente, and would appreciate any advice as to how to prepare the ground now , so it is in peak condition and ready to go straight from the off. Advice from anyone who has been there done that will be gratefully received!!

Nice prospect Steve, I would mulch now with all compost you can spare and perhaps polythene/mypex on top if there is couch grass, bindweed or marestail. Mulch to a foot outside the edge to avoid perennial weeds creeping in from the edge, after its up.

    Thank you Charles.
