Indeed – I couldn’t have organised the warmth to arrive better timed for my February tomato sowings, which are now ready to be put into final pots and will live outdoors from Wednesday (they will go in the garage Tuesday night).
Sicilian radish (from Real Seeds) germinated absolutely beautifully under a fleece and even the recalcitrant Lisbon White spring onions have shown a few crook heads now, although I suspect I will ditch those rows and replace them with the Ishikura modules, which have germinated quite brilliantly indoors in soil blocks.
