    Hi all,
    I’m new to the site and am interested in this no dig method following a lecture by Charles in Dublin earlier his week, are there any photos on the site of others no dig gardens/allotments.

    Nice Article and photos, lots of people growing salad crops using this method, how does it work for Carrots,Parsnips and potatoes.

    For us, parsnips, beetroot, turnip and potatoes grew amazing. I can not tell for carrots as we didn’t grow them this way yet.

    Hi greengage,

    I had intended going to that talk in NCAD but couldn’t face Dublin city rush hour traffic!
    The no-dig method works for all vegetables.
    It is simply a way of cultivating and nourishing your soil and places no constraints that I am aware of on what you can grow.
    I have been using this method for 3 years now and each year I have seen very noticable improvements in both the soil and the vegetables growing in it.
