After a very successful germination/ early growth, I will have celery plants to pot on next week. They currently have 2 to 4 true leaves.

Would 15 module trays provide enough depth for a further 5-6 weeks of growth or would 8cm pots be a better option?

I am unsure Rhys, suspect that 8cm would be enough and in your urban location it should be frost free within 3-4 weeks.

OK, I’ll go with 8cm pots then.

Funnily enough, we’ve not had a frost for about a month, but enough lows of 3-4C and days no higher than 11C mean that growth hasn’t been too spectacular yet. And nothing apart from radish would germinate in the soil before the end of March.
