Raised bed on a slope

Hi there,
I work for a school in London and we are trying to create some no dig raised beds for growing vegetables. They are 1.2m X 1.8m & about 16 inches deep. I made the frames before the Summer holidays but hadn’t leveled off the ground yet. When I came back someone had ‘helpfully’ filled the frames with soil. Unfortunately one end of the bed is about 4 inches below the other end, since they are on a slope. How much does this matter? Can I leave them, or will this be a problem? Do I need to get the soil out, level the ground and then put it back in? Is there a quicker way?

That sounds a slight slope and I would not worry about it.
More, I am concerned that they filled with soil and not compost. I would remove the top 6in or so and replace with any compost inc. old manure.
