sowing between PSB plants

I have the bed with PSB in it lined up to grow carrots next. The question is can I sow some early carrots in between the PSB or will it not get enough light(and potentially moisture)

 Interesting idea Bluebell and it depends a little on the spacing of your psb, if there is room. You would need to keep removing all yellowing leaves and some lower ones too. But they are hungry plants in sping when growth is full-on, I woud wait and sow autumn/winter carrots in late May to early June.

thanks Charles. I have had a bit of a rethink and will pop a row in elsewhere. Having had a sensible look at them my PSB are all trying to fall over so would shade out anything planed in between.
