Storing carrots

Hi everyone,
I want to lift my carrots, what’s the best way to store them please?

Hello Rosie, I find that leaving a little soil on is as good as keeping them in sand, so I then just put roots into a paper sack in a cool, frost free place. Large ones store best so grade out little ones to eat now, I hope its a good harvest.
