last year i started planting salad leaves in small quantities with good results
we used some of it and i managed to sell the excess to friends
i have had a hotel and a cafe approaching me to see if i could supply them with salad leaves
i was wondering how many different leaves in a bag would be enough to make it a better selection

This sounds promising. For sowing over the next two or three months, aim for a balance of high yielding leaves, such as lettuce and spinach, mixed with lower yielding delicacies such as pea shoots and dill. Red orache and leaves of beetroot give great colour, sorrel has a lovely lemon edge, and so on.
