Which mulch/manure for new beds.

Hi, this is my first post so hello!

I’m converting an area of the garden to no dig veg/maybe some cut flowers. The soil here is awful, chalky, full of flint and many stones, builders rubble etc all combined with a small amount of clay. The Ph is about 7.3 as a rough guide. I’m creating the beds which combine to about 21sq/m onto rough ground, a few hummocks of grass and the odd perennial weed and plan to put in 6 inches of compost. I have no compost, so need to buy in some bulk bags. I’ve a small amount of loam from stacked turf and a smattering of mushroom compost. I am probably ordering from here, but i’m Wondering what is the best combination to use! I will need about 3 cubic meters…any help in choosing would be much appreciated! At the moment I’m thinking fine horse manure, mushroom compost and a soil conditioner?- maybe 2inches of each? Or is that overkill?
