wich vegetables grow better in manure that is not fully composted

Hello Charles
I am struggling to get beds ready fast enough for plants to go in as I have a new overgrown allotment. I usually do a one off dig to get rid of couch grass and bindweed but it is very time consuming. My compost is running out although I started with 3x900l bulk bags. Fortunately I have a large stack of 4-6 months old horse manure (on hay) that I could use to make beds. Which vegetables would do better in the partly composted manure? I follow your sowing timeline so I have lots to plant at the moment.
I am really grateful for all your advice.

I would pull the more rotted manure out of the heap’s middle, use it more as surface mulch (3-4″) not to fill a deep bed, then plant potatoes now, or squash/courgette in early June. Its not ideal but should work and you will have some couch/bindweed to pull as they regrow.
