I have an endless supply of such which the boss wants me to use.
What are the pros and cons?It depends on the manure content in my experience. Too little and it can take ages to break down properly – 2 or 3 years. I have added it to the compost heaps before spreading and its been fine. Also, it can be acidic so you may need to lime if growing brassicas etc.
