This is one of the joys of No-Dig ground preparation. I had covered a very weedy plot with weed fabric and was surprised to see beautiful pink rhubarb stems forcing their way towards the light. It’s by accident rather than design but I will do this again next year.
Watch out Wakefield!
Time to make a rhubarb pie!
