alpaca poo

    i have a source of alpaca poo, is there a specific vegetable that would thrive on this manure

    I will be very interested in this one as there are alpacas in our village & might be able to get some poo.

     All manures are good for soil fertility and that is the best way to look at it, less complicated than using specific ones for specific vegetables. Not so long ago, human manure was in common use everywhere.

    A lot has to do with any bedding used, my favourite is straw which holds some air and allows better composting. Manures are easier to use after six months in a heap, quicker to break up and turn crumbly on the surface. Have a go and see how much improvement happens, in the vegetables you grow.
