Cauliflower Leaf Disease?

Please see attached photo; not the clearest due to mobile cheapness! Looks a bit like singed edges to the leaves with one plant having small black beetles on these yellowing areas. Any thoughts on the cause? ‘All Year Round’ growing in well manured soil that previously grew radish healthily, plants under mesh. Possibly a lack of watering? Plants stayed in modules a few days longer than desirable before reaching final destination (well, stomach is the hopeful final destination, but at the moment that is looking less likely!).

Thanks for any possible causes suggested. Most other veg are growing really well, thankfully.

Yes I think its a lack of moisture especially as the plant was needing to root quickly into the ground. It should recover with a little and regular moisture, delayed harvest though.
