Charles, I grew squash for the first time this year and used Crown Prince but I don’t think I had a particularly great yield. From 3 plants I harvested 7 squash totalling 29 kilos. I did keep them watered through summer and the plants looked healthy through until late summer.
What yield do you usually expect per plant?
Sounds a fair yield Mark.
Partly it depends how much space each plant has. My closer spaced ones gave two per plant, others five where they could ramble and root more.
