Charles, I am embarking on my first seasons growing having attended one of your courses last Spring. I am just finishing building my new greenhouse. Would it be worthwhile to sow a fill in salad crop to grow in the greenhouse beds before the Tomatoes go in? If so, what varieties would you reccommend?

Yes you could grow almost any salad crop (fastest catch crop probably mizuna), you have until May, also time for radish, even spring onions if grown in the spaces between where tomatoes will be. So leave some room between, don’t pack it out!
