I’m planning to buy some fleece for next year. For a bed 1.2m wide, how big does it need to be? Would that 2m be enough? The place I’m planning to buy at, only cells by 3 or 6m widths. If 2m would be enough, I could cut the 6m if 3 x 2m.

Depending on the support that you may be using. If a hoop of wire or tube, measure the circumference. 6M would give you options, to cut or ‘double bed’, or possibly use overnight folded double, for more protection. Store back on the tube it arrives on, in the dark ,for maximum durability.

It’s not really to use on hoops. More like Charles does, laying it over the plants in spring.
